BIO:

I have always been active in sports and exercise.  I coached on all levels from youth leagues to the college level.  I became active in the field of personal training more than 20 years ago. With a background in Pilates, I developed more of a core centric training program to develop those important areas for a well-balanced body.  An additional part of my training is the TRX system.  This system incorporates resistance training with stability control.  Sports specific programs range from Golf to Surfing.
