Personal Training


Personal training is an additional amenity available to members and non-members alike.

All personal training sessions take place at the Fitness Studio and last 30 minutes unless mutually decided upon. 

Clients have access to cardiovascular equipment (i.e. treadmill, bike, cross trainer) before and/or after scheduled training appointments.

The Fitness Studio employes 3 trainers: Cindy Black, Renee Julian & Bob Tugya.
