Personal Training


Personal training is an additional amenity available to members and non-members alike.

All personal training sessions take place at the Fitness Studio and last 30 – 60 minutes which will be mutually decided upon.

Training rates vary based on trainer and length of session.

Clients have access to cardiovascular equipment (i.e. treadmill, bike, cross trainer) before and/or after scheduled training appointments.

The Fitness Studio employes 2 trainers: Cindy Black & Bob Tugya.
