We deliver real fitness results combined with a sensual twist – making this form of fitness fun, safe, professional, tasteful, and EFFECTIVE!

Classes incorporate yoga, pilates, strength training, cardio and exotic dance movements to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness.

When does the Fitness Studio offer Pole Fitness?

Classes start back January 4th for 4 consecutive Wednesday nights.
6:45pm for Level 101 / 8pm for Level 201
4 Classes for $100.

Space is Limited. Only 6 women per class. Register ASAP.
