RIDE – Cycling class with motivating music in which everyone finishes first!
RIDE EXPRESS – Same great class, but only 40 minutes!
ZUMBA – Latin hip-hop class that will have you shaking your hips and burning calories!
YOGA – Increase strength and flexibility with dynamic postures and flowing moves!
PILATES – Focused on the core muscles while toning and strengthening the whole body!
BOOT CAMP – Intense circuit training workout guaranteed to burn calories and tone all muscles!

Members -

$7 per class or $50 for 10 classes ($5 each)

Non-Members -

$10 per class or $70 for 10 classes ($7 each)
