STRENGTH – Barbell program to strengthen all your muscles with fantastic music!
SPIN- Cycling class with motivating music in which everyone finishes first!
SPIN EXPRESS – Same great class, but only 40 minutes!
WAR - Puts you on the battlefield where you target strength and control in a fusion of cardio and martial arts.
ZUMBA – Latin hip-hop class that will have you shaking your hips and burning calories!
YOGA – Increase strength and flexibility with dynamic postures and flowing moves!
PILATES – Focused on the core muscles while toning and strengthening the whole body!
SILVER SNEAKERS – Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of  movement and activities for daily living.Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Members -

$7 per class or $50 for 10 classes ($5 each)

Non-Members -

$10 per class or $70 for 10 classes ($7 each)
