Personal training is an additional amenity available to members and non-members alike.
All personal training sessions take place at Body Edge and generally last 30 minutes.
60 minutes is available if client desires.
Training rates vary based on length of session. 30 minutes – $35, 60 minutes – $60.
Clients have access to cardiovascular equipment (i.e. treadmill, bike, cross trainer) before and/or after scheduled training appointments.
