Strength and Stability through Stretching

This class explores an individual’s inner strength and ability to feel powerful in any given moment because what we experience in class and on our mat directly correlates to how we approach experiences in life and ourselves.

We will hold some postures, work our edges and integrate.

You may actually have a little fun while you sweat, laugh and find peace in presence.



Nicole completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2011 and her 300-hour (advanced training) in 2012 at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.  She trained with Kamini Desai and is certified in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy. She has also completed Level 1 & 2 of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy.  Believing that Yoga is for EVERY body, Nicole meets people where they are while gently encouraging them to find strength and balance within their own BE-ing.  With a background in Personal Training and Group Fitness, she understands body mechanics and offers special attention to proper alignment, particularly in relation to practical applications for everyday living.  A Licensed Massage Therapist, Nicole recognizes the body as whole and relies on her intuition to guide her healing hands with minor adjustments in class.
