The EDGE

The EDGE is a 30 minute mid to high intensity interval training class.  It’s a fantastic workout to get you in great shape quickly!  May incorporate TRX straps, kettlebells, Swiss balls, Medicine balls, dumbbells and body weight training.

Class meets Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30pm.

Choose one day a week, choose all four…whatever works for your schedule!
