Zumba Basic for beginners!

If you have not tried Zumba yet or you need a slower paced class, Zumba Basic is for you!  In this class our instructor, Sara Misiti, shows you the steps to the song and lets you practice them with out the music on.  Then she turns on the music and the fun begins!!!  You will burn a lot of calories and have a lot more fun than you would walking on the treadmill.  She then shows you the steps for the next song and so on and so forth.  Check out the video clip from the Today Show under the WE LOVE ZUMBA post.
