When grocery shopping you want to choose the majority of your food from the outer perimeter of the store. This is where the healthier, whole food options are kept such as fruits, vegetables, dairy and fresh meats. Avoid the “inner circle” of processed foods with chemical additives as much as possible.
Personal Training

Personal training is an additional ammenity available to members and non-members alike. All personal training sessions take place at the Fitness Studio and last 30 minutes unless mutually decided upon. Clients are encouraged to engage in cardiovascular training (i.e. treadmill, bike, cross trainer) before and/or after scheduled training appointment.
Individual – $32/session
(one-on-one training)
Group – $20/person/session
(group may be 2-4 people at a time)
