One hour workout to be “Body Fit”!  Four rounds focusing on cardio, strength and core.  Class varies from week to week to keep your body guessing and responding. Jackie may have you using weights, Swiss balls and/or your own body weight to keep you moving and improving!!!

Class takes place in the group-x room.

Start any day, classes are independent of each other.
