Loving the Benefits of Step Class

Sharon Briggs

Thank you – Sharon Briggs

This summer (2014) I have been taking Teri’s step class at Body Edge and loving it!!! While I don’t always feel like the most coordinated person, Teri sticks right with me until I do and helps me to laugh at myself!
She is always positive and always smiling, a big plus in my book!
The thing I did not realize before starting this class is how much it uses your brain, another big plus.
During class my heart rate is up and by the end of class I am always soaked with sweat, so it is obvious that many calories have been burned.
What a good move Body Edge made by adding Teri and her step class!
