When grocery shopping you want to choose the majority of your food from the outer perimeter of the store. This is where the healthier, whole food options are kept such as fruits, vegetables, dairy and fresh meats. Avoid the “inner circle” of processed foods with chemical additives as much as possible.

OMG! Zumba is not only a great way to burn a lot of calories but it is soooo much FUN! The best way to describe the class is it’s jazzercise in the new millenium or a latin inspired dance class.
Come try a class - I promise you will have a good time and tone up your body!!!
