The Fitness Studio is located at 6741-B Beach Drive (Hwy 179) Ocean Isle Beach.
It is between Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach next door to Roberto’s Italian Restaurant.

While you are visiting the beautiful Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle Beach keep up with your work outs (to offset your extra vacation calories). 
Come in from the heat for your run or get your beach pump before you hit the sand! If you are looking for some relaxation, try one of our yoga classes (9:30am Tuesday and/or 6pm Thursday). Not only will you burn those extra calories but we will tell you all of our favorite “local” spots of interest. We have had guests from many locations including Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Colorado, California, Florida and even Alberta Canada and Singapore! Come on in for a workout, we would love to meet you.
